Temporary New Furniture Storage

Certified can provide off-site staging and temporary storage if furniture and miscellaneous parts cannot be delivered directly or if delivery must be accepted before site readiness. Our 550,000 plus square feet of indoor storage is specifically designed to handle large projects and daily deliveries. Our experienced staff will check-in and inspect all deliveries and prepare discrepancy reports, where necessary. All furniture and systems will be tagged according to the architect/client directives and re-wrapped for delivery to the site.

Long Term Account Storage

Our asset inventory management system provides our clients with a convenient and efficient method of managing excess furniture and equipment inventory. Upon receipt at our warehouses, each piece of furniture and furniture component and equipment is inspected and input into our computerized database. We input location, description, condition, manufacturer and manufacturer part or serial number (if available), style, material, color, dimensions and a representative photo. Modular system components can be grouped into sets enabling our clients to determine number of complete units. All items are bar coded and client ID tags can also be applied upon request.

Our clients have secure, online access to their furniture and equipment inventory using only a browser. Delivery requests can be prepared online. All deliveries are inspected prior to shipment and each shipment is accompanied by a detailed packing slip showing any discrepancy between ordered and shipped.
